SYDNEY CRUTCH is a writer,

artist, traveler and poet.

Her debut book, Golden Threads, is now available! This poetry collection explores the lines between, hope, healing, awakening, illness, and reclamation of power through voice. Read more and order HERE.

Born and raised in North Carolina, Sydney has always had taste for travel and wild places, becoming fascinated with language, cultural difference and nature exploration from an early age. She is currently living in Edinburgh, Scotland. Sydney draws deep inspiration from our natural world and her writing carries this cord through its center. She is a believer in feeling to heal, expression as medicine, and an advocate for our connection to the planet.

Her art inspires and empowers her audience to live in their truth and find freedom inside themselves. Her words and images are vehicles to unlock the buried pieces that hold keys to our individual and collective liberation.

OTHER ART

Sydney creates all-occasion poetry & photography cards as well as original poetry bookmarks typed on her 1920's Underwood thrifted typewriter.

PUBLISHED

In addition to her debut book, her work has been published in Wild Roof Journal, Carolina Muse Literary & Arts Magazine and Sunday Mornings at the River, among others.
